What time do Matric exams start?
Most sessions start at 09:00 and 14:00. Be seated 30 minutes before.
Where can I get past papers?
Use the official DBE past papers portal, or ask your school for curated packs.
Are calculators allowed?
Yes for Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, Physical Sciences (as per DBE rules). Programmable devices are not allowed.
What if I am late?
Report to the chief invigilator immediately. Entry after reading time is at the invigilator’s discretion and DBE policy.
Will there be timetable changes?
Rarely. Always confirm with your school and check DBE updates.
