We read every message. For general queries, feedback or error reports, the fastest way to reach us is by email. We aim to respond within 1 to 3 working days. OurPower is a small independent site - there is no call centre. Please be patient if we take a day or two to get back to you.

What we cannot help with
We are a third-party information site, not a government agency or utility. We cannot:
- Process or check your personal SASSA application (use srd.sassa.gov.za)
- Change banking details, phone numbers or addresses with SASSA, your bank, your municipality or any utility
- Provide legal, financial, tax, medical or immigration advice
- Restore power, water or service to your home or area
- Release a delayed grant payment - only SASSA and the Treasury can do that
For action on your specific account, always use the official channel below.
Reporting an error on our site
We work hard to keep information accurate, but we are human and things change. If you spot an error, please email info@ourpower.co.za with:
- The page URL (the full address from your browser bar)
- What the page says
- What you believe is correct, and where you saw the correct info
We will investigate, correct anything that is wrong, and reply once we have made the change. For YMYL pages (SASSA, government services, anything money-related) error reports get priority.

Beware of scams
OurPower will never ask for your ID number password, OTP, banking PIN, or copies of your bank card. Neither will SASSA, Eskom or any government agency. If anyone calls or messages claiming to be from OurPower or SASSA and demands payment or sensitive details, it is a scam. Report SASSA scams to antifraud@sassa.gov.za.
